Lunch Menus for November & December 2008:
The lunch menus are due October 20, 2008. Please submit orders in by this date to avoid a $20 late fee. For any questions about the lunch menus, please contact Nutrition Director, Debra Strader. |

Directions:
1. Select menu of choice, one per student
2. Print Menu
3. Return completed menu with payment to the school office by October 20.
Explanation of Menus:
Tier A is typically for Kdg-3rd grade children who have a smaller appetite. The portion sizes are slightly smaller than the Tier B menu.
Tier B is typically for older elementary children from grade 4-6 with larger appetites. The portion size is slightly larger than the Tier A menu.
NOTE: All elementary students may make their selection from either the Tier A or the Tier B menu. The grade suggestions are just a guideline for ordering. For example, if you have a 1st grade student with a big appetite, you may use the Tier B lunch order form. Similarily, if you have a 4th grade student with a small appetite, you may use the Tier A lunch order form.
Junior High and High School students may only order from the Junior High/High School menu, NOT from Tier A or B.
ALL lunches include one entrée, one drink and a fresh seasonal fruit and/or vegetable. Drink selections include skim milk, 1% milk, or bottled water daily. Also 100% juice on Wed. and Fri. only. (*Denotes prepared on site.) PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to identify minimum days, field trips and other non-lunch days for your students. No refunds will be issued.
